Helping a Sonoma County managed IT services provider re-align its network and account management teams, I was deeply involved in their merger with another firm, transition to a new RMM and ticketing platform, and re-scoping its entire suite of products and services, helping them focus on the business needs of local clients without losing its ability to support nation-wide clients and larger accounts.

Through our successes and recognition for service quality and client dedication, MSMB was acquired by Kyocera in 2014 to jumpstart its IT services offerings.
